You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place - A new barn conversion offering comfort in a fantastic location.
This cute cottage, set on our farm, has 3 rooms - separate kitchen/dining/lounge, bedroom and bathroom with a large walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout.
There is a dedicated parking space right beside the building.
From the farm gate, you step onto Castlemorton Common where you have access to 1,000's of acres to explore. The ridge of the Malvern Hills is 9 miles long and can be easily got to by car or on foot from the Farm. The views from the top are breathtaking. Pear is part of a new barn conversion of two holiday lets back to back, both have private, fully-enclosed outdoor spaces and a small orchard separates the patios.
The cottage and grounds are non-smoking.
"What a wonderful find ! Cannot recommend enough. Property was beautifully decorated and spotless. Very scenic and plenty of walks for both us and dogs. Hosts couldn’t do enough for us and recommended things to do and places to eat. We will definitely be back"
"Such a lovely and peaceful place to stay! A short walk to the Malvern Hills or drive into the town. It’s nice and quiet but you don’t feel too far away from anything at the same time. Dom and Claire were so welcoming and accommodating. I’d recommend this place to anyone"
"Pear cottage was lovely in a fantastic rural location with easy access to the Malvern hills. The place was clean and had everything we required for a relaxing and peaceful stay, thank you Claire"
"We had a lovely short stay here. The accommodation is absolutely lovely with everything you need. Claire was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the surroundings, plenty of walks and things to see and do, and the locals are charming. Altogether a great place to visit and I would highly recommend it"
"We had a fantastic stay at Pear cottage - just what we needed.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable.
Claire have created a wonderfully cosy retreat in a beautiful location. Our first visit, but we are certain won’t be our last"
"This was our first stay at this cottage and would have no hesitation in returning.
The cottage is in a lovely location. It was peaceful and quite yet on a short drive to nearby Malvern. Great walks nearby.
We had a very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, welcoming living area, great bathroom with plenty of hot water. There was also a lovely private patio area, sadly due to weather we didnt get to use.
Our hosts were brilliant. Very responsive to any questions we asked. The cottage had a good welcome book that provided information on walks( which we used), places to see and eateries.
We have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to family and friends, equally we would happily stay here again should we return to the area"
"Fantastic location ❤️ we walked from the cottage up to the British Camp Hill Fort which is an iron age hill fort along the ridge of the Malvern Hills (we could actually see the hill fort from the garden at the cottage!) the whole area is incredible if you enjoy walking, open countryside and amazing views. We walked across the common and footpaths to local pubs and the village shop, and drove 15 minutes to Malvern for a tour of the Morgan Car Factory which is well worth a visit if you are a car enthusiast. The cottage is newly renovated to a high standard and had everything we needed for a few days away. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended 😁"
"Stayed whilst going to the Blues Festival in Upton upon Severn. Claire could not do enough for me, it is a fabulous setting and the accommodation is outstanding. Thank you would recommend definitely"
"Pear cottage is just a delight, beautiful setting, fantastic accommodation.
Claire certainly knows how to make you feel at home without being intrusive.
Nothing to complain about.
Super dog friendly.
We will definitely be back"
"We loved our stay at Pear cottage, right at the base of the Malvern Hills. The surroundings are beautiful and so many brilliant walks to choose from. We also enjoyed visiting the local town of Great Malvern, which had some lovely shops and cafes and we were lucky to catch the artisan market by the priory which featured two of Tom Denny's amazing stain glass windows.
The cottage itself was well equipped, sparkling clean and very comfortable. We'd highly recommend"
"A perfect, peaceful place to stay. Friendly hosts whose communication was spot on before, during and after our visit. Well appointed accommodation with the beautiful Malvern hills as a backdrop and lots to explore locally. Would definitely recommend Eastnor Castle, which is just a short drive away"
